Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, shared services or case management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality first-line HR support in English and Thai or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Analyze inquiries, clarify requests, and route to appropriate owners.
• Guide users through Workday, AskHR, and knowledge resources.
• Document actions, rationale, and outcomes in case notes.
• Protect confidentiality and follow data privacy controls.
