Job summary

LAdmins in the Philippines is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to support a fast-paced U.S.-based HR services firm and its clients. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day questions, handling onboarding, offboarding, HRIS records, and compliance tracking with precision and care.

Working alongside HR Generalists and HR Business Partners, you will communicate fluently in English and Spanish, coordinate postings, screenings, interviews, and background checks, and help keep client

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR experience in fast-paced or multi-client settings.
• Onboarding, offboarding and HRIS administration experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client HR requests.
• Coordinate onboarding packets, offboarding and related documentation.
• Maintain HRIS records and client files, audit-ready.
• Track client compliance calendars and leave of absence records.
• Coordinate client job postings, screenings, interviews and background checks.
• Generate standard HR reports and provide team coverage.
