A logistics company in Laguna is seeking an HR Business Partner to ensure compliance with labor laws and to support managers on HR processes. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong skills in employee relations and communication. This role requires an onsite presence from Monday to Saturday.

Willing to do business trips in HUB(s).
Amenable to work on-site specifically Mondays thru Saturdays.

Job description
Responsible for building alignment with line managers to ensure the best practice is followed in all areas of HR and compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy.
Expected to conduct interviews for front-liner jobs.
Conduct on-site visit to establish rapport with front-line business and gain insight into working atmosphere and any labor issue risks.
Provide advice and coaching line managers on all human resource-related matters including manpower planning, offering, hiring termination, policies, performance management, company cultures, core values, staff retention and employee relations.
Maintain HR database to be accurate and up-to-date and provide efficient HR reports and propose findings & solutions to management team.
Handle HR documents according to company working processes and policies.
Keep up to date with trends and best practice in the HR areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Resources or any related course
At least 1 year experience working as an HRBP/Generalist, HR Strategy and strong HR concept and excellent execution in the diversified workplace.
