Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview is seeking an HR professional to lead training and staff welfare initiatives, while coordinating engagement activities and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

The role covers recruitment end-to-end, work pass administration, payroll-related tasks, leave management and HR data maintenance to support a cohesive workplace.

Responsibilities

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct training and development, and responsible for staff welfare

• Plan and organize employee engagement activities for associates

• Conducts orientation programme for new recruits and ensures proper induction is given

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from hiring requisition, conducting
  interviews to job offer and onboarding

• Responsible for monthly work pass administration which includes new application, renewal, cancellation and updates for employees and dependents

• Generate monthly reconciliation statement on GIRO work pass billing and Foreign Workers Levy for Finance Department

• Manage and maintain employees’ E P-files and employees’ information system, ensure timely update for changes

• Handle insurance related claims and liaise with insurance broker on renewal matters for medical benefits

• Ensure timely submissions of government-related claims (e.g. Childcare Leave/ Maternity / Paternity Leave / Shared Parental Leave etc)

• Coordinate exit management activities for employees including clearance and exit interviews

• Preparation of all HR related letters

• Handle periodical surveys from government agencies

• Administer employee leave records and entitlement in the HR system

• Responsible for the compilation of OT requisitions for monthly payroll processing

• Ad- hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 2 - 3 years of experience in Learning & Development/ Employee Engagement Activities

• Prior knowledge in Timesoft software is an added advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with external stakeholders

• Able to work independently as well as in teams

• Meticulous and attentive to details
