Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Health & Wellbeing engagement specialist to design and drive employee wellbeing initiatives. You will partner with healthcare providers to organize talks, workshops, and wellness campaigns while supporting the Health & Wellbeing Committee with timely reporting.

The role focuses on collecting survey feedback, monitoring mental health metrics, and driving continuous morale improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Employee Engagement, L&D or Talent Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and evaluate employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives to boost retention.
• Partner with external vendors and healthcare providers for health talks and wellness campaigns.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee including incident reporting.
• Collect and analyze employee survey feedback and mental health metrics for continuous improvement.
• Support HR leadership in enhancing Employee Assistance Programs and talent development projects.
• Execute engagement strategies, wellness surveys, and follow-up actions addressing staff feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, launch, and evaluate comprehensive employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and boost retention.
• Partner with external vendors and healthcare providers to organize health-related talks, workshops, and wellness campaigns.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing Committee, including timely incident report submissions to regulatory bodies.
• Collect and analyze employee survey feedback and mental health metrics to drive continuous improvements in workplace morale.
• Support HR leadership in enhancing Employee Assistance Programs and managing talent development projects across the organization.
• Execute engagement strategies, wellness surveys, and follow-up solutions to address emerging staff feedback and trends.
