Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a Manila-based team of HR Generalists supporting Manila and US HR teams and employees.
• Provide coaching and feedback to strengthen HR capability and service delivery quality.
• Coordinate with business clients and HR partners on organizational design activities.
• Oversee Tier 2 HR case intake, assignment, and prioritization and escalation handling.
• Ensure alignment with US policies, practices, and service expectations.
