Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an HR Employee Relations specialist to support ER casework, policy enforcement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Management, or related field, and has at least 6 months of HR Employee Relation experience; fresh graduates with internship are encouraged to apply.

You will prepare notices to explain, handle incident reports and disciplinary actions, and work with minimal supervision while learning
