Job summary

Valor Global, Inc. is seeking an on-site Employee Engagement Specialist to drive large-scale activities and recognition programs.

You will partner with HR and operations to identify attrition risks and implement targeted engagement interventions. You will manage the internal communications calendar, oversee newsletters and cultural highlights, and analyze survey feedback to provide actionable insights to management.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in HR, employee engagement, or recruitment marketing in a high-volume setting.
• Experience supervising a small team or cross‑functional events committee.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to leaders and frontline staff.
• Strong ability to organize multiple event timelines from concept to delivery.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including night/graveyard shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute large-scale employee activities, themed days, sports fests, recognition programs, and multi-site engagement events.

• Partner with operations and HR leadership to identify attrition risk factors and implement targeted engagement interventions.

• Oversee the content calendar for internal communications, ensuring updates, newsletters, and cultural highlights are effectively shared via internal channels and platforms.

• Administer employee satisfaction surveys, facilitate focus group discussions (FGDs), and analyze feedback trends to provide actionable insights to management.

• Proactively manage the site engagement budget, ensuring high-impact activities are delivered cost-effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, or Recruitment Marketing within a BPO or high-volume corporate environment.

• Proven experience supervising a small team or leading cross-functional committees for company events.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to confidently present to leadership and engage with frontline agents.

• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple event timelines simultaneously from concept to completion.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night/graveyard shifts, to support 24/7 BPO operations.

• Can start immediately and work 100% on-site at our Southwoods, Laguna or McKinley Hill, Taguig location.
