Align HR strategies with business goals, foster employee engagement, manage performance, and ensure legal compliances.

• Develop HR initiatives and policies that support business goals, such as scaling the team for new developments.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, specifically targeting top-performing real estate agents, brokers, and staff.
• Design performance appraisal systems and structure competitive commission, salary, and benefits packages to drive results.
• Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry-specific licensing requirements.
