Private Advertiser is seeking a Team Leader – HR Data Management to oversee the daily HR shared services, focusing on employee lifecycle, onboarding, HRIS/data management, and offboarding processes. The role requires strong people leadership and stakeholder management in a global context.

You will lead a team in a hybrid setup at BGC, ensuring SLA achievement, driving process improvements, and developing training plans while safeguarding confidential HR data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management, HR management, and HR operations.
• Experience with end-to-end employee lifecycle, ticket/case management, and shared services.
• Direct handling of international candidates and global/shared services exposure.
• Experience leading a team in a global/shared services environment.
• Strong knowledge of talent, onboarding, and employee lifecycle data management.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, ERP, databases, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SLA metrics and stakeholder management.
• Experience in fast-paced, growing/startup environments.
• Willingness to support CET/AEST schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations covering talent, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and HR data management.
• Manage case management, request distribution, assessment, and resolution.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency of team deliverables.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for complex HR processes.
• Manage team utilization, work planning, task allocation, and completion.
• Monitor SLA, quality, productivity, and process metrics.
• Prepare operational and status reports.
• Support training plans for new/existing processes.
• Contribute to SOPs, process documentation, and tools.
• Identify and implement process and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform HR, onboarding, talent, and data management tasks as needed.
• Lead and promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and customer service.
• Coach and support team members in daily operations and performance.
• Set and discuss performance objectives aligned with OKRs.
• Monitor team progress, accuracy, and performance against metrics.
• Provide technical guidance and support on complex HR processes.
• Identify development opportunities and implement development plans.
• Conduct periodic performance appraisals and follow-ups.
• Support hiring and building team competency.
