Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing a global shared services team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR shared services operations and deliverables.
• Ensure SLA compliance, data accuracy, and timely case resolution.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for complex inquiries and process bottlenecks.
• Drive process improvements, CI initiatives, and knowledge management across the team.
• Mentor and develop team members aligned with OKRs and performance goals.
