We are looking for an HR Master Data Specialist to manage and protect the accuracy and integrity of workforce master data for an assigned region.
The role will handle complex and high-impact HR data changes, maintain organizational hierarchy data, ensure data quality, and support smooth HR-to-Payroll data handoffs. This position will also play an important role in the migration of master data operations to the Manila Shared Service Center.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute HR master data changes, including organizational hierarchy and structure updates.
- Process high-volume and high-impact workforce data changes accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Create and maintain external workforce records and related data requirements.
- Execute data changes in SAP SuccessFactors, the system of record for workforce master data.
- Perform quality checks and validate data, dependencies, and outputs against established standards.
- Support HR-to-Payroll data reconciliation and identify discrepancies before they reach Payroll.
- Support regional data privacy and access controls in partnership with the Data Privacy Specialist.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve data issues, and manage escalations.
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities with the India-based team during the migration period.
- Identify recurring data issues and contribute to process improvements, templates, and playbooks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in HR master data management, HRIS, workforce administration, or HR data operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow/ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of data quality, organizational structures, and hierarchy management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data issues and patterns.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while following standardized regional processes.
- Experience in an HR Shared Services environment is preferred.
