Datamatics Careers- Philippines seeks an HR Data Management professional to oversee daily HR data operations, manage benefits, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will handle offers, contracts, onboarding, and maintain confidential personnel records.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, strong accuracy, and experience with HRIS and government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). This on-site position emphasizes data integrity and confidential handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR Data Management and Compensation & Benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR data management operations.
• Create and release job offers and employment contracts.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Organize, compile, and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Ensure completion and documentation of pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain and update the employee database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
• Manage employee benefits programs, including group life insurance.
• Coordinate and process transactions with HMO providers.
• Handle online payments for government-mandated remittances.
• Process and assist employees with government mandatory claims (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.).
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of statutory contributions and benefits.
• Maintain records and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
• Stay updated and knowledgeable on government-mandated benefits and labor regulations.
