Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking an HR Business Analyst to provide Power BI support, helping end users extract insights from HR data. You will maintain existing reports and dashboards and develop new ones based on business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Based in Pasig City, this full-time onsite role requires strong Power BI, SQL, and data modeling skills, plus experience in Power Automate/Power Apps and SharePoint administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Power BI Report Builder and SQL.
• Proficient in DAX, SQL, Power Query, and Power BI Desktop.
• Experience in administering SharePoint, Power BI workspaces, and applications.
• Ability to gather user requirements directly from stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and business insight requirements.
• Design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Import, cleanse, and manage data from various on-premise and cloud sources.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and tabular data models.
• Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
• Manage premium capacity workspaces and associated applications.
• Ensure reports meet business objectives and provide intuitive insights.
