Inovus Building Solutions Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a qualified HR and Safety Officer to manage core HR functions and ensure OSH compliance at project sites. You will handle employee relations, timekeeping, recruitment, HR admin, and serve as Safety Officer for on-site safety.

Job Summary
Responsible for handling key Human Resources functions while ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards at the assigned project site. The role covers employee relations, timekeeping, recruitment, HR administration, and workplace safety.
Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, employee relations, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, and statutory compliance.
Monitor and validate DTRs, attendance, leaves, overtime, and payroll-related inputs.
Handle employee concerns, disciplinary cases, investigations, counseling, and due process in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
Serve as the designated Safety Officer and First Aid PIC, ensuring compliance with OSH standards and site safety requirements.
Conduct safety inspections, toolbox meetings/orientations, incident investigations, and emergency preparedness activities.
Monitor and report workplace safety concerns, incidents, and corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain HR and safety reports, records, and documentation for Management and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with project/site management regarding HR and safety concerns.
Perform other HR, administrative, and safety-related duties as assigned by Management.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Nursing, or any related field.
At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience as a Safety Officer.
Preferably with experience in the construction industry or project-site environment.
Knowledgeable in Employee Relations, recruitment, timekeeping, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, and labor law compliance.
Experienced in handling employee disciplinary cases, investigations, and due process.
Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards; DOLE-accredited Safety Officer 2 (SO2) is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned or relocated to project sites as required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
