- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with overall business objectives and growth strategy
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, development, and offboarding
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws, and government regulations.
- Manage and ensure compliance with corporate regulatory requirements, including SEC registrations, reportorial requirements, and corporate governance standards
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions (creative, marketing, operations, etc.).
- Design and execute employer branding strategies tailored for a fast-growing digital marketing startup
- Handle employee relations, including addressing concerns, conducting investigations, managing disciplinary actions, and resolving conflicts
- Drive employee engagement programs and retention strategies to foster a high-performance culture
- Oversee payroll preparation, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity
- Develop and recommend compensation structures aligned with startup growth, budget constraints, and market standards
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, including employment agreements, vendor contracts, and client service agreements
- Establish and maintain contract management processes, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and renewals
- Ensure all business agreements and internal policies align with company standards and applicable laws and regulations
- Support cross-border collaboration, particularly with Chinese stakeholders or partners, by facilitating clear communication and cultural alignment
- Help bridge cultural, operational, and regulatory differences within diverse teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency
- Identify compliance risks and implement controls and best practices to safeguard the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, Legal Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in various HR facets, compliance, or a related function
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government regulatory requirements
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred
- Proven ability to handle end-to-end HR operations and strategic initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience in contract management and working with legal frameworks is an advantage
- Ability to work with cross-cultural teams; experience working with international stakeholders (e.g., Chinese partners) is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
