Mary Grace Foods, Inc. in Parañaque is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee training support, employee services, timekeeping, and performance monitoring. You will coordinate training schedules, maintain records, and liaise with payroll and IT to ensure smooth HR operations.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of HR experience in a multi-site context, with strong knowledge of labor laws and organizational development. Onsite work is required.
Job Description
Coordinates training schedules (initiated by the Organizational Development team) and attendance.
Maintains training records and certifications.
Supports the logistics of internal and external training sessions (initiated by the Organizational Development team).
Acts as a first-line support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and services.
Handles employee requests and concerns and liaises with the relevant HR sections for appropriate action.
Supports employee welfare and engagement initiatives, including service awards and company events.
Audits Daily Time Records (DTRs) for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
Follows up on discrepancies with department heads or employees.
Coordinates with payroll on final DTR submissions and timekeeping related issues
Tracks and follows up on the completion of new hires’ performance evaluations by department heads and employees (first 45-90-120- 150 days).
Provides support in administering the performance review cycle of probationary and regular employees (e.g., distributing templates, compiling submissions).
Monitors and logs the implementation of disciplinary actions (DAs), including ensuring sanctions are documented and served appropriately.
Ensures HR documents and practices comply with documentation standards, labor laws and company policies.
Assists with the preparation of compliance reports and audits.
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Assists with ongoing HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
Provides support to Organizational Development in documentation, reporting, and planning.
Coordinates cross-functional tasks with payroll, IT, and admin as needed.
Collaborates closely with the human resources leadership team, department heads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination in Mary Grace Foods, Inc.’s initiatives with organizational goals, values, and culture.
Collaborates with subject matter experts and department leaders to provide relevant training and resources to support new employees in their roles.
Builds strong working relationships and fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Gathers feedback from stakeholders, including new hires, hiring managers, and HR team members, and use insights to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
Regularly evaluates the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements as needed.
Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate superior to contribute to achieving departmental goals.

Qualifications and Requirements
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any other related course.
At least three (3) years work experience as a human resources generalist, coordinator, or similar role in BPO, retail or food and beverage industry.
Preferably from an organization with 3,000 employees and above.
Experience with multi-site location client support experience a plus.
Knowledgeable in Labor Legislation and Organization Development
Applicant must be willing to work onsite Monday to Saturday in our Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Paranaque ; with occasional off-site work (for café and kiosk visits / HR activities held outside the office)
