Vanson Paper Industrial Corporation is seeking an HR Agency Coordinator to serve as the primary HR representative for agency-deployed employees at the client site. You will support day-to-day HR needs, monitor attendance, and coordinate with both agency and client HR teams to ensure compliant and efficient workforce operations.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR/related field, 1 year of HR experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The HR Agency Coordinator serves as the primary HR representative of the manpower agency deployed at the client company. The role is responsible for providing day-to-day HR support to agency-deployed employees, ensuring compliance with company and agency policies, monitoring attendance and employee concerns, and coordinating closely with the client's HR Department to maintain efficient workforce operations.
Serve as the main point of contact for agency-deployed employees assigned to the client company.
Monitor daily attendance, tardiness, absences, and leave applications of agency personnel.
Assist in the onboarding and deployment of newly hired agency employees.
Ensure completion and submission of required employment documents.
Coordinate employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and administrative issues with both the agency and the client's HR Department.
Conduct employee orientations and communicate company and agency policies.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports as required.
Assist in incident investigations and documentation involving agency employees.
Support payroll-related concerns by validating attendance and timekeeping records.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, client policies, safety regulations, and agency procedures.
Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Perform other HR and administrative duties that may be assigned by the Agency HR Manager or the Client HR Department.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
At least one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or timekeeping.
Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Code and basic HR processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Willing to work on-site and be deployed at the client company's location.
