Qualifications

• The role requires knowledge of content management and knowledge base maintenance.
• Experience in a Shared Services or Global Business Services environment is an advantage.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain knowledge base content (Articles, FAQ, Procedures, Policies).
• Translate or localize content to relevant languages and adapt for markets.
• Collaborate with IBS HR BS Team for content improvements.
• Support lifecycle of content from creation to publication and retirement (NIVA-ready).
• Coordinate multilingual translations and localization by geography.
• Assist in structuring content for digital channels and chatbot training.
