Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably Recruitment/HR.
• Able to work in a hybrid model: 2x per week onsite.

Responsibilities

• Support segmented recruitment functions: resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Coordinate and track preboarding and onboarding for new hires.
• Assist with vacancy management and candidate communications.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for HR processes.
