Nestlé Business Services in the Philippines is seeking an eContent Account Specialist to drive Content Services across Markets, Vendors and the Adaptation team. You will plan demand, coordinate projects, and ensure timely delivery of content assets including localization, POS, and monitoring services.

You will perform quality checks, align on templates and GenAI usage, and escalate premium needs to IMS leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Content Production Management.
• Experience working with agencies and third-party vendors in content space.
• Strong English language skills and advanced planning ability.
• Familiarity with GenAI capabilities and how to apply them.

Responsabilités

• Act as an Account Specialist for Content Services, coordinating with vendors to ensure execution and SLA adherence.
• Manage demand planning with Markets, escalations, and project coordination.
• Perform quality assessments of production work before market release.
• Educate markets on standardized templates and GenAI usage.
• Facilitate weekly operational reviews with vendors and markets.
• Drive continuous improvement and align with Nestlé global standards.
