Nestlé Business Solutions AOA, Inc. in Meycauayan, Bulacan seeks a CRM Account Specialist to coordinate CRM initiatives, support multi-market teams, and drive project progress within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

You will manage onboarding and training sessions, capture feedback for continuous improvement, and serve as escalation point for CRM issues, while collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of CRM tools and technology, preferrable Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience in a global or multi-market environment
• Knowledge of marketing and branding principles
• Experience in change management
• Leadership experience, collaborating with stakeholders in a leadership capacity
• Experience in training and development

Responsabilités

• Coordinate CRM projects and track progress across teams.
• Organize onboarding and training sessions for users and stakeholders.
• Collect feedback for continuous improvement and escalate issues or risks related to CRM services.
• Liaise with Global Team and inform them on NBS services available while supporting activation.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive adoption through collaboration.
