Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in knowledge/content management or employee communications.
• Experience managing multiple content projects with deadlines.

• Content Development & Creation: design, develop, and maintain knowledge base contents.
• Content Adaptation & Localization: tailor global HR content for markets.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Management: work with IBS HR BS Team and Market partners.
• Content Lifecycle & Publishing: manage creation to retirement and multilingual translations.
• Knowledge & Channel Optimization: structure content for Me@Nestlé, NIVA chatbot, and apps.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: identify opportunities to improve content creation and localization.
• Capability Building: train markets and contact center teams on content management.
• Reporting & Governance: monitor content performance and share timely reports.
