Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in the Philippines (Meycauayan area) is seeking a Content Operations Coordinator for Nespresso to ensure efficient execution of content across Southeast Asia. You will bridge market stakeholders, B2B/B2C teams, Content Solutions, and agencies to validate briefs and align with brand standards.

You will manage project intake, planning, QA, and agency handoffs, refining market-provided content into concise headlines and messages while preserving approved claims and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Content Operations or similar roles.
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders, assets, and deadlines in high-volume environments.
• Ability to interpret briefs and convert requirements into execution plans.
• Experience refining marketing content into concise consumer messaging.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with agency briefing, order forms, production handoffs, and digital asset management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Southeast Asia markets to gather campaign requirements.
• Validate project briefs and ensure complete requirements.
• Assess resources and plan asset usage across projects.
• Maintain Master Product Page with accurate information.
• Conduct content QA and ensure brand compliance.
• Prepare agency order forms and manage approval workflows.
• Deploy approved briefs to partner agencies.
