Job summary

Allegro Micro is seeking an Associate HR Representative (Project Based) to shape employee experience, drive engagement campaigns, and build data-driven HR dashboards. You will manage communications through intranet and newsletters, organize townhalls and focus groups, and support CSR and employee relations efforts.

Bring a Bachelor’s in HR/psych/communications or marketing, solid Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI), and familiarity with Canva for visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications or Marketing.
• Industry experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Proficiency with Canva and Power BI for dashboards and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage Internal & HR Communications: intranet updates, newsletters, and leadership messages.
• Drive Employee Engagement: coordinate townhalls, campaigns, and CSR activities.
• Build Data Dashboards: create HR metrics dashboards and maintain data integrity.
