Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking an Associate HR Representative (Independent Consultant for 12 months) to shape employee experience, drive engagement, and build data-driven HR dashboards. You will manage intranet communications, publish internal content, and facilitate quarterly town halls.

You will partner with HR to boost engagement, support CSR initiatives, and ensure data integrity across HR metrics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder with strong communication skills.
• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency with Canva and SharePoint for content design.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Data visualization experience with Power BI or similar tool.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR communications across intranet, newsletters, and alerts.
• Publish internal content, leadership messages, and campaigns.
• Organize quarterly town halls and focus groups (Kamustahan, NEIP).
• Drive engagement initiatives and promote company culture.
• Coordinate corporate events and CSR activities.
• Build dashboards to track attrition, performance, and engagement.
• Support employee relations and performance management processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
