Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, LLC seeks an Associate HR Representative (Project Based) to lead internal communications, drive employee engagement, and build data-driven HR dashboards. You will partner with HR teams to improve the employee experience, organize townhalls, and support CSR insights.

You will develop reports that track attrition and engagement trends, ensure data integrity, and assist in performance management and rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or Marketing.
• Prior experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing is a plus.
• Digital & Graphic Design savvy: Canva and intranet tools.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal HR communications channels (Intranet/SharePoint, newsletters, notices).
• Publish internal content and leadership messages; run townhalls and focus groups.
• Build data dashboards to track HR metrics (attrition, engagement).
• Support ER and Talent Management processes as an HRBP partner.
