Job summary

Allegro Microsystems Philippines Inc. is seeking a dynamic Associate HR Representative (Project Based) to be both Voice and Analyst for the factory group. You will shape employee experience, drive engagement campaigns, and build data-driven HR dashboards guiding strategic decisions.

You will manage communications, support townhalls and CSR, and ensure data integrity while leveraging Power BI to visualize trends in attrition and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications or Marketing.
• Industry experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing preferred.
• Digital & Graphic Design savvy with intranet/SharePoint and Canva.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Data visualization experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR communications channels (Intranet, SharePoint, newsletters).
• Publish internal content and leadership messages.
• Facilitate quarterly town halls and focus groups.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and data-minded professional to join our team as anAssociate HR Representative (Project Based). In this unique dual-impact role, you will serve as both theVoiceand theAnalystof Allegro (Factory Group). You will have the opportunity to directly shape our employee experience, drive engagement campaigns, facilitate key feedback forums, and build data-driven HR dashboards that influence strategic business decisions.

What Will You Do

1. Internal & HR Communications Management

• Manage Communication Channels:Oversee and update the HR Intranet (Sharepoint), AMPI HR Notifications, email channels, bulletin boards, TV monitors, and electronic newsletters.

• Publish Internal Content:Write engaging internal articles, leadership messages, and targeted organizational campaigns.

• Facilitate Open Forums:Organize and facilitate quarterly townhall meetings and structured focus group discussions such asKamustahanand the New Employee Integration Program (NEIP).

2. Employee Engagement & Cultural Promotion

• Drive Engagement Campaigns:Partner with HR teams to boost employee engagement, wellness, and our collaborative company culture.

• Coordinate Corporate Events:Lead communication logistics for townhalls, employee activities, and company-wide events.

• Support CSR Initiatives:Assist HR representatives with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community engagement activities.

3. Data Analytics & HRBP Metrics

• Build Data Dashboards:Create visual dashboards to present key HR metrics such as attrition, performance, and engagement trends.

• Maintain Data Integrity:Ensure strict data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with local labor regulations.

4. General HR Business Partnering Support

• Assist Employee Relations:Support HR representatives with disciplinary actions and employee relations matters.

• Support Talent Management:Aid in executing performance management systems and key rewards and recognition programs.

What You Will Bring (Requirements & Competencies)

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or Marketing

• Industry Experience:Prior experience in the Semiconductor or Manufacturing sector is preferred, but not required.

• Digital & Graphic Design Savvy:Proven proficiency with media platforms (Intranet/Sharepoint) and graphic design tools likeCanva.

• Analytical Skills:Strong intermediate to advanced Excel skills (includingPivot TablesandVLOOKUP).

• Data Visualization:Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such asPower BIor similar systems.

• Soft Skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal savvy to connect with employees at all levels, and a passion for building an inclusive workplace.
