Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner with strong internal communications and data analytics skills. You will publish engaging content, organize quarterly town halls, and drive engagement campaigns that strengthen our culture.

You will build dashboards with Power BI, ensure data integrity, support employee relations and talent management, and collaborate with HR teams across our global operations to deliver impactful people programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Intranet/SharePoint and Canva for graphic design.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Publish internal content and leadership messages, and run open forums and townhall sessions.
• Drive employee engagement campaigns and coordinate corporate events; support CSR activities.
• Build dashboards and maintain data accuracy for HR metrics and compliance.
• Assist with employee relations and talent management programs.
