Job summary

EXL is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to contribute hands-on and strategic support for employees and leaders in the Philippines, with focus on executing the people strategy and inclusive environment.

The role covers full employee lifecycle including talent development, performance management, leadership development, engagement and retention, partnering with leadership to deliver talent initiatives and uphold EXL's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR leadership and partnering with business leaders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SA legislation and local labor law.
• Experience with reports analysis, attrition and retention management.
• Flexible on working hours and able to operate in fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as HRBP to deliver people strategy and initiatives for Philippines.
• Support full employee life cycle: talent development, performance, engagement & retention.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR Shared Services, Legal and internal teams.
• Coach managers on talent frameworks and tools.
• Provide trusted advisory to business leaders on HR matters.
• Represent EXL with professionalism and integrity.
