Responsibilities include recruitment support, onboarding coordination, engaging programs, HR reporting, and coordinating learning initiatives to foster growth and retention across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably with recruitment exposure.
• Strong coordination and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Support: assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
• Onboarding Coordination: manage welcome kits, IT requests, and orientation schedules.
• Employee Engagement and Experience Support: help organize events and surveys.
• HR Operations & Administration: maintain records and generate reports.
• Learning and Development Support: coordinate training and track attendance.
