Job summary

EXL is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to contribute hands-on and strategic support for employees and leaders in the Philippines, with focus on executing the people strategy and inclusive environment.

The role covers full employee lifecycle including talent development, performance management, leadership development, engagement and retention, partnering with leadership to deliver talent initiatives and uphold EXL's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR leadership and partnering with business leaders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SA legislation and local labor law.
• Experience with reports analysis, attrition and retention management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as needed with Payroll, HR Shared Services, Legal and other internal teams to uphold high standards of professional and ethical conduct throughout the company,
• Support employee relations matters by collaborating with managers and ER to handle employee disputes, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and terminations,
• Facilitate effective communication on all HR matters,
• Represent EXL with professionalism and integrity, both internally and externally.
