Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies is seeking a qualified HR Business Partner to develop partnerships across HR functions and deliver value-added services aligning with the organization’s objectives.

The role focuses on organizational development, employee engagement, culture-building, and supporting learning and development initiatives across business units, including guidance on HR policies and people-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in OD, employee engagement, and training Programs is required.
• 3+ years in HRBP, OD, Talent Management, or related HR roles.
• Experience in banking/fintech or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support organizational development, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives across assigned business units.
• Conduct organizational assessments, employee surveys, and data analysis to identify workforce needs and recommendations.
• Provide guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters.
• Recommend and implement HR interventions to improve retention, morale, engagement, and productivity.
• Identify training needs, gaps, and support succession planning and talent development programs.
• Design, facilitate, and coordinate employee engagement activities, team development sessions, learning interventions, and stay/exit interviews.

• Conduct organizational assessments, employee surveys, and data analysis to identify workforce needs and recommend action plans
• Provide guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters
• Recommend and implement HR interventions to improve employee retention, morale, engagement, and productivity
• Identify training needs, competency gaps, and support succession planning and talent development programs
• Design, facilitate, and coordinate employee engagement activities, team development sessions, learning interventions, and stay and exit interviews

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related HR functions
• Proven experience in Organizational Development (OD), employee engagement, culture-building, and training or learning programs
• Experience in the banking, financial services, fintech, or related regulated industry is an advantage
