The HR Business Partner (HR BP) Specialist works closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This role acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and translate them into effective HR solutions
• Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational design
• Support change management initiatives and business transformation projects

Talent Management

• Support recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
• Identify talent gaps and support succession planning

Employee Relations

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters
• Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance management
• Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and labor laws

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Support audits, HR reporting, and documentation
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership

Learning & Development

• Identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives
• Coach managers on leadership, employee engagement, and people management skills
