You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance cycles, employee relations, and data integrity across HR systems, collaborating with payroll and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in human resources as a business partner or generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Professional communicator with client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor law and internal People policies in the Manila office.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance concerns, and investigations.
• Support performance reviews and drive employee engagement in Manila.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new employees.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Manila office.
• Own end-to-end offboarding, including exit interviews and final pay.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems.
• Serve as the primary People Team contact for Manila operations.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and HMO providers for attendance and queries.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to support training initiatives.
• Partner with Manila Operations Lead and Global Head of Operations on priorities.
