Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred.
• 3-5 years HR generalist experience with payroll, recruitment, or employee/industrial relations exposure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Handles sensitive information with high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and proper handling of employee relations and disciplinary matters
• Maintain and update HR policies, conduct employee awareness sessions, and support statutory documentation with benefits team
• Manage third-party manpower agencies, ensuring contract compliance and service quality
• Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, reviews, and addressing performance issues
• Maintain accurate HR data, generate reports, and ensure data confidentiality
• Support investigations, vendor coordination, cross-HR activities, and other tasks assigned by leadership
