Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking an HRBP Specialist to partner with business leaders in the Philippines and align HR strategies with organizational goals. You will act as a strategic advisor supporting workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

In this role you will shape people strategies, advise on policies, design organizational structures, and coach managers on leadership and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, with experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with business leaders to translate objectives into HR solutions
• Drive Talent Management including recruitment strategies, performance management, and succession planning
• Manage Employee Relations as first point of contact for ER matters and ensure fair policy application
• Oversee HR Operations & Compliance, audits, reporting, and HR metrics analysis
• Identify Learning & Development needs and coach managers on leadership and people management
• Promote Culture & Engagement and support DEI initiatives and employee surveys

Job description

The HRBP Specialist works closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This role acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and translate them into effective HR solutions
• Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational design
• Support change management initiatives and business transformation projects

Talent Management

• Support recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans
• Identify talent gaps and support succession planning

Employee Relations

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters
• Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance management
• Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and labor laws

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Support audits, HR reporting, and documentation
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership

Learning & Development

• Identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives
• Coach managers on leadership, employee engagement, and people management skills

Culture & Engagement

• Promote company values and foster a positive workplace culture
• Support employee engagement surveys and action planning
• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
