Job summary

Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc is seeking an HR Officer in Cagayan de Oro to serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders. You will support talent management, employee relations, development programs, and HR operations to drive business growth and employee success.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of HR Generalist/BP experience, preferably in retail, food service, or hospitality. Willing to be assigned in Cugman, Cagayan de Oro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist or strong HR Business Partner and consulting experience.
• Experience supporting operations-driven environments such as retail, food service, hospitality, manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and labor standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and solutions.
• Support workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
• Coordinate talent acquisition efforts to address staffing requirements and talent pipeline needs.
• Manage employee relations concerns, disciplinary cases, and labor-related matters while ensuring compliance.
• Facilitate performance management, competency assessments, career development, and succession planning programs.
• Implement learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee capability and performance.
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building activities across assigned business units.
• Conduct employee consultations, feedback sessions, and communication programs to enhance workplace relations.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and personnel movement documentation.
