Job summary

IQ Packaging Systems, Inc. in Meycauayan, Bulacan seeks an HR Generalist to manage employee relations, coach line management, and guide performance management to boost morale and retention.

Graduate in BSBA-HRDM or BS Psychology with at least two years in HR (employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment). Manufacturing experience is a plus; willing to be assigned in Meycauayan.
