Qualifications

• 2+ years hands‑on experience in processing timekeeping and payroll or HR general operations a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• Proficient with HRIS, timekeeping systems and Excel; strong data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end timekeeping and attendance for payroll.
• Ensure accuracy of attendance records for payroll processing.
• Track and monitor leave credits and usage.
• Prepare attendance reports for approval.
• Assist with payroll processes including clearance and final pay for separations.
• Support monthly/yearly reporting including annualization and BIR 2316 distribution.
• Maintain employee documentation (contracts, IDs, bank details).
• Assist auditors with documentation as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies in payroll or attendance records.
• Provide timely responses to employee inquiries.
• Participate in People and Culture programs and activities.
