• Manage the organization's compensation and rewards program


• Ensure compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive


• Structure compensation and benefits packages and measure their success

Policy & Cost Alignment

• Monitor salary structures and balance staffing needs with cost controls


• Help ensure that policies, procedures, and programs align with the organization's strategic objectives and HR vision

Employee Engagement

• Support the timely release of organizational announcements


• Support employee engagement activities, rewards and recognition programs, and employee satisfaction surveys

Work Environment

This role sits within the Employee Relations section of the Human Resource Department, Commercial Division, and reports to the Human Resource Supervisor – Compensation. It is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners to deliver programs that support employee engagement and satisfaction.
