Qualifications

Degree in BS Psychology or equivalent field.
At least 1 year of recruitment and selection experience.
Experience aligning business objectives with management and employees.
Experience advising and supporting managers on strategic HR issues and HR practices.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end recruitment for the assigned region.
Coordinate applicants and interview schedules with different sales offices.
Facilitate and monitor the creation of personnel requisitions to start the recruitment process.
Communicate regularly with all stakeholders in the recruitment process.
Serve as the point of contact for recruitment and HR-related concerns.
Source candidates and manage job fairs and sourcing activities.
Screen and review resumes.
Administer exams and interviews to create shortlists and keep interview results updated.
Conduct background investigations for newly hired employees.
