We are looking for a motivated HR Associate – Employee Relations to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for those eager to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
The Employee Relations Associate supports the organization in maintaining positive employee relations and a productive workplace. This role assists in handling employee concerns, workplace issues, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement activities while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Handle employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues.
Assist in disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance handling.
Prepare and maintain employee relations records and documentation.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and department heads on employee-related matters.
Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or a related HR function; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Organized, proactive, and professional in handling employee concerns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, or administrative investigations.
Knowledge of Philippine labor standards and HR documentation.
Experience in a construction or project-based work environment.
Familiarity with HRIS or employee records management systems.
