Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Branch Associate on a fixed-term basis to manage end-to-end HR, admin, and purchasing tasks at the Labangan branch.

You will act as the Branch Revolving Fund custodian, handle compliance with permits and government documents, monitor inventory, and support distribution and 3PL coordination. Fresh graduates are welcome; a background in logistics or admin is helpful.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Fresh graduates with any work experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience related to Administrative work is an advantage.
• Computer literacy skills and ability to use Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end HR, Admin, and Purchasing tasks.
• Serve as Branch Revolving Fund custodian.
• Monitor renewal of permits and government documents and ensure SCO compliance.
• Conduct monthly inventory of non-trade supplies and process Goods Issue.
• Record and reconcile branch expenses and assist with customer delivery concerns.
• Coordinate securing 3PL truckers and ensure truck documents are up to date.

About the Role

Location: Door 11, Kim San Whse sir Bulanit, Labangan Zamboanga del Sur

Role Type: Fixed-Term (5 months)

Reporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager

As a Branch Associate (Fixed-term), you will be responsible for executing end-to-end process of HR / Admin / Purchasing works and serve as the Branch Revolving Fund custodian.

Other responsibilities include:

People Management

• Generates, validates, and timely submission of Attendance to Agency Partner.
• Prepares/processes IR of employees with violation and submit to HR

Compliance

• Processes and monitors the Renewal of Annual Business Permit, truck registration, Delivery Permits, Port Permits, BIR compliance and other government related documents.
• Compliance on proper implementation of Supply Chain Operations (SCO) standards, company policies, Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and safety protocols in compliance with government-mandated guidelines or LGU regulations.

Non-Inventory Management

• Conducts monthly inventory of all Non trade supplies
• Performs accurate and timely processing of Goods Issue (GI) of all non trade inventory
• Prepares canvass and timely PR/PO for operating supplies, accountable forms and ensure booklets are sufficient for the branch operations.

Distribution Management

• Records and reconciles branch daily expenses. Ensures all expenses are operational related and within budget.
• Assists in attending to customer claims and delivery concerns within the specified target.
• Performs truck receiving and check documents, collection, fuel yield, and delivery allowance settlement.

Supply Chain Management Strategy

• Ensures all trucks are in good working conditions, updated truck documents, sufficient fuel and fund allocation.
• Does the end to end process of securing 3PL Truckers as the need arises.
• Compliance to ongoing enhancements to the structure, processes, equipment, and personnel of branches.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management course.
