Ensure timely deployment of qualified manpower based on the approval timeline.
Conduct interviews and prepare job offers for all positions.
Assist in implementing the Performance Management program in coordination with the Department Heads.
Assist in implementing recruitment programs across platforms to attract, retain and engage talents in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment practices, data privacy, employee and labor relations.
Assisting with development programs and training manuals based on the training need.
Assist in implementing the Performance Management program in coordination with the Department Heads.
Assist in implementation of employee benefit programs.
Checks and verifies payroll register prior to payout in coordination with FAD.
Coordinates with government agencies such as DOLE, Municipal Office, Bureau of Working Conditions, SSS, Pag-ibig, BIR and PhilHealth.
Organizes and directs activities such as town halls, general assemblies, annual summer outing and Christmas party and recognition/awarding events.
Assist in implementation of Health and Safety Programs and preparation of government reports and compliances.
Assist in the documentation required for discipline of employees.
Prepares minutes of the meeting.
Implements other special projects which may be assigned from time to time.
