Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Assistant (Recruitment / Work Permit) in Aljunied to support daily HR administration, onboarding, offboarding and recruitment coordination. The role entails maintaining employee records, handling Work Permit applications and ensuring MOM compliance in Singapore.

You will assist with payroll preparation, employee benefits, and general HR reporting while collaborating with the operations team to meet manpower needs in the construction materials sector.

Qualifications

• Nitec / Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant HR/Admin experience preferred.
• Experience in Work Permit and foreign-worker administration is advantageous.
• Construction HR / CoreTrade experience will be highly advantageous.
• Familiar with Singapore HR practices and MOM procedures.

• Handle daily HR administration, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, leave, attendance and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll preparation, claims and employee benefits.
• Handle Work Permit applications, renewals, transfers and cancellations.
• Maintain foreign-worker records, medical examinations and related documentation.
• Support CoreTrade and construction manpower requirements where applicable.
• Assist with MOM matters, employee relations and HR policies.
• Handle general office administration, supplies, filing and HR reports.

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to S$3,500 + Performance Bonus + 10-14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
