Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to handle end-to-end recruitment for seasonal and production roles.

You will source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and other channels, and screen resumes to assess suitability. You will manage large applicant pools, maintain ATS records, monitor progress toward hiring targets, and generate regular recruitment reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 6 months of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in bulk hiring, seasonal hiring, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or production recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
