Rigging Corporation is looking for a responsible, organized, and people-oriented HR Assistant Manager to support the company’s daily human resources operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in managing day-to-day HR operations and employee concerns.
Support recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and HR programs.
Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and other HR records.
Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with the Finance Department when needed.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports, documents, and other administrative requirements.
Assist in organizing employee activities and engagement programs.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
With relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, and HR administration.
Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, approachable, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR-related systems or software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
