HR Assistant - Employee Relations

The Rigging Corporation is looking for an organized, people-oriented, and dependable HR Assistant to support our Employee Relations function. This role will help promote a fair, respectful, and productive workplace while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling employee relations concerns, workplace issues, and disciplinary cases.
Prepare and maintain HR documents, including Notices to Explain, memoranda, incident reports, and case records.
Coordinate administrative due-process requirements, including meetings, hearings, and documentation.
Monitor employee compliance with company policies, rules, and the Code of Conduct.
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee records.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, programs, and employee engagement activities.
Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, escalating sensitive matters as needed.
Coordinate with department heads and employees regarding attendance, performance, conduct, and other HR-related concerns.
Provide administrative support for HR reports and other departmental requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of HR experience is preferred; experience in employee relations, labor relations, or administrative HR is an advantage.
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR due-process requirements is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with employees and department heads.
