Job summary

Rigging Corporation is seeking an HR Assistant Manager to support daily HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and programs. This in-person role emphasizes employee relations, recruitment support, onboarding, and records management.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, relevant HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in supervisory or managerial HR roles.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, and HR administration.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and employee concerns.
• Support recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
• Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and HR programs.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and other HR records.
• Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with the Finance Department when needed.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, documents, and other administrative requirements.
• Assist in organizing employee activities and engagement programs.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
